Google Adwords
Adwords is a pay-per-click service. What this means is that one
only pays for when their ad is clicked on not when it is just viewed.
It works like this: a user opens an account with google. They create
a list of keywords, that when searched, will display their ad. Ads
for the keywords can be modified at anytime by logging into googles
account. Google charges a fee only when an ad is clicked upon. The
'fee' can be set, from 0.05 to $50 per click, by the user in a bid
like system.

Overture
